Article 1 – Principles

These General Terms and Conditions express the entirety of the obligations of the parties. As such, the buyer is deemed to accept them without reservation.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, in particular those applicable to in-store sales or sales through other distribution or marketing channels.

They are available on the OVINI Expéditions website and, where applicable, prevail over any other version or any other contradictory document.

The seller and the buyer agree that these General Terms and Conditions exclusively govern their relationship. The seller reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. They shall apply as soon as they are published online.

If a condition of sale were to be missing, it would be deemed governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector for companies headquartered in France.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are valid until Invalid date.

Article 2 – Scope

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of goods offered by the seller to the buyer via the OVINI Expéditions website.

These conditions apply only to purchases made on the OVINI Expéditions website.

These purchases concern the following products: OVINI clothing and goodies.

The buyer will be informed of any unavailability of the ordered product.

To validate the order, the buyer must accept these General Terms and Conditions by clicking in the designated area. They must also choose the delivery address and delivery method, and finally validate the payment method.

The sale shall be deemed final:

  • after the seller sends confirmation of acceptance of the order to the buyer by email;

  • and after full payment of the price by the buyer has been received by the seller.

Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products offered for sale. Any dispute relating thereto shall be addressed within the framework of a potential exchange and the guarantees mentioned below.

In certain cases, including non-payment, incorrect address or other issues related to the buyer’s account, the seller reserves the right to block the buyer’s order until the issue is resolved.
